Terms of Use

RevoDay provides short daily activities and progress tracking. These terms apply when you use the service. The current MVP is free; there are no subscriptions, paid packs or cash prizes.
The service
RevoDay is operated by SIA MNtrade; contact [email protected]. The service offers learning and everyday challenges, Daily Sessions, Revo XP and optional calendar delivery. Features and available content may change as the MVP develops. The service is not designed for children under 16. If you are under the age at which you can enter this agreement independently, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep access to your mailbox and private links secure. Sign-in links expire after 10 minutes. An account session normally lasts up to 7 days on the same browser, unless revoked or cleared. Each browser or device signs in separately. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit.
Activities and your wellbeing
Content is general educational information, not personalised medical, financial or other professional advice. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances. Skip or stop physical or food-related suggestions that are unsafe for you, and seek qualified advice when needed. We do not guarantee a particular learning, health or financial outcome. Completing a suggested activity is always your choice.
Revo XP and progress
Revo XP is an in-service progress measure, not money, an investment or a claim to a prize. It cannot be redeemed for cash. The platform controls reward rules and may correct errors or abuse. Future social comparisons or competitions, if introduced, may have additional rules. Do not manipulate attempts, scores or rewards.
Calendar delivery
Calendar integration is optional. RevoDay delivers one event per Daily Session in a rolling seven-day window. Your timezone and chosen delivery time determine scheduling. Provider delays, permission expiry or network failures can affect delivery. ICS providers choose their own refresh interval. Do not rely on RevoDay for critical reminders. Disconnecting stops future delivery; existing provider events may need to be removed separately.
Acceptable use and content
Do not access someone else's account, disclose private links, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, scrape protected content or use it unlawfully. You may use the activities for personal use. RevoDay branding, software and curated content remain the property of their respective owners; these terms do not transfer ownership. Creator publishing, marketplaces and payments are not part of the current MVP.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is error-free. Maintenance, provider changes or technical faults may interrupt use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes arising from your personal decisions based on general content.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using RevoDay, disconnect calendars or request account deletion at [email protected]. We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use or a material security risk, subject to applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date and communicated where appropriate; they will not retroactively remove your mandatory rights.
Applicable law and complaints
Latvian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact [email protected] first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. Consumers may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or the competent authority or court in their jurisdiction.
